Who we are
This website is operated by Orumtech Consultoria e Inovação Ltda. (BioCSystems), CNPJ 57.047.620/0001-01, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. We are the controller of the data described here. For any privacy matter, write to info@biocsystems.com.
What data we collect
- “Request a proposal” form: name, email, company (optional) and the message you write.
- Website usage data: pages visited, referring site, country, device type, browser and language, in aggregate form, through an analytics tool that uses no cookies and does not identify you individually.
- Form security: a temporary record of your network address, in encoded form, used only to limit repeated submissions within a few seconds.
What we use it for
- To answer your message and prepare a proposal, at your request.
- To understand how the site is used, so we can improve it.
- To protect the form against abuse and spam.
Legal basis
We process form data to act on a request from you, ahead of a possible contract (LGPD, art. 7, V). Usage and security data are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site working, secure and useful (art. 7, IX).
Who we share it with
We use providers that process data on our behalf: the hosting and email provider (Hostinger) and the analytics tool (Umami). These services may store data on servers outside Brazil. We do not share your data with other companies, except where required by law.
How long we keep it
Form messages are kept as long as needed to reply and for any resulting business relationship, or until you ask for deletion. Usage data is aggregated and kept for the period set in the analytics tool.
Cookies
The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Analytics work without cookies.
Your rights
You may ask us to confirm that we process your data, and request access, correction, anonymization, portability, information about sharing and deletion, among other rights under art. 18 of the LGPD. Just write to info@biocsystems.com. If you believe your rights were not met, you may also contact Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
